All Gave Some.
Some Gave All.
In January 2010, the SPC Chad A. Edmundson Memorial Foundation was created to honor the life of Chad A. Edmundson, a young man whose smile, kind heart, genuine nature, and free spirit was an inspiration to so many. He made the ultimate sacrifice when he gave his life for his country on May 27, 2009.
Chad Edmundson signed up for the National Guard in 2008. He was part of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard Company B, 2nd Battalion, 112th Infantry Regiment, 56th Stryker Brigade that left the Frankstown Armory as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom in January 2009.
The mission of the SPC Chad A. Edmundson Memorial Foundation is to support our active duty military personnel, veterans, and their families in time of need, as well as veterans projects, Gold Star families, and the Gold Star Mothers Organization. We strive to support our community, educate our youth, support patriotism, and advance the understanding and responsibility of citizenship. We ensure, as volunteers, that we show our respect and support to our great country.
SPC Chad A. Edmundson Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit, tax exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is a registered Non-Profit Organization in Pennsylvania. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
